I am so sorry that you are here.

Child loss is not something that anybody is prepared for, and it is not something that anyone should have to go through alone. Regardless of the age of your child, your child's life should be honored and recognized, and your very real mourning should be validated and walked alongside by your community.

Having suffered the loss of my second daughter, Noa Elizabeth, in a first trimester miscarriage, as well as having lost my oldest brother, Ryan Mitchell, to SIDS, I have some personal experience and insight as to the suffering and pain that accompany the death of a child - regardless of age.

If you or someone you know is currently experiencing a child loss, whether that child was just conceived, or they just lost a long fight with terminal illness, or anything in between, we are here to help support the whole family as they navigate life after loss.

Costs or financial ability should never hinder someone from getting the support they need during or after a child loss life event - please do not pre-exclude yourself from our bereavement support services - we are here to help and strive to never let costs or financial ability to inhibit support.

Some of the services that we offer for bereavement support include:

• education on medical options for miscarriage and stillbirth

• physical and emotional mourning support

• assistance with burial research and planning

• assistance with childcare of siblings

• assistance with general home maintenance

• assistance with budgeting and bill management

• assistance with meal preparation

• marital support through grief and loss

• assistance with grief management techniques for the whole family

Every family and loss is different. Some families need all of the above services, while some only need a few of them. Costs of services vary from completely free to paid. Pax & Gaudium LLC always appreciates and accepts donations for our Bereavement Support Fund so that we can offer higher levels of support to families suffering a child loss.
